ABQ AI Marketing is a DBA of RAZR Systems LLC. This policy covers information collected on abqaimarketing.com. We have no physical office.

Information we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, and message, plus any optional details you add, such as a phone number, business name, website, or how you heard about us.

If you check a box to receive text messages, we keep a record of that consent: the time, the page address, the IP address of the request, the phone number, whether you agreed to customer care messages, whether you agreed to marketing messages, and the disclosure text shown on the form.

If you ask for a checklist or the monthly note, we collect the name and email address you submit and the email choices you check. Those email choices are separate from text-message consent.

We count page views with a cookieless analytics tool. It does not use cookies, and it does not receive what you type into a form.

If the site hits an error, a technical error report may be sent. Those reports are scrubbed of names, email addresses, phone numbers, and messages.

How we use information

We use a form submission to reply to your inquiry and to do the work you asked about.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. ABQ AI Marketing sends those text messages from +1-505-520-1776. You can opt in on the contact form, and the form still submits if you leave both boxes unchecked. Reply STOP to opt out. Your choices

You can submit the contact form without agreeing to text messages. A text-message STOP applies to text messages. An email unsubscribe applies to email. One does not change the other.
